It’s only right that RuPaul’s Drag Race Season 18 tapped the drama herself, Cardi B, as the premiere episode judge. The news was unveiled on Tuesday alongside the release of the trailer, which revealed other guest judges such as Teyana Taylor and Zara Larsson.

Other guest judges include Zara Larsson, Benny Blanco, Dove Cameron, Brooke Shields, Iman, Atsuko Okatsuka, Law Roach, Jamal Sims, Amy Taylor, Annaleigh Ashford, Danielle Pinnock, Julianne Nicholson, Sarah Sherman and Leland, who will join RuPaul and mainstay judges Michelle Visage, Carson Kressley, Ross Mathews and Ts Madison weely.

The 14 queens competing for the crown this season are: Athena Dion (Miami, FL), Briar Blush (Boston, MA), Ciara Myst (Indianapolis, IN), Darlene Mitchell (Los Angeles, CA), DD Fuego (New York, NY), Discord Addams (St. Petersburg, FL), Jane Don’t (Seattle, WA), Juicy Love Dion (Miami, FL), Kenya Pleaser (Sumter, SC), Mandy Mango (Philadelphia, PA), Mia Starr (West Palm Beach, FL), Myki Meeks (Orlando, FL), Nini Coco (Denver, CO) and Vita VonTesse Starr (Montgomery, AL).

When does ‘Drag Race’ Season 18 premiere?

The new season premieres Jan. 2 on MTV, each Friday at 8 p.m. The aftershow, RuPaul’s Drag Race: Untucked, airs weekly following the main show at 9:30 p.m.

Both series are produced by World of Wonder Productions, with Fenton Bailey, Randy Barbato, Tom Campbell, Steven Corfe, Mandy Salangsang, Michele Mills and RuPaul Charles serving as executive producers. Daniel Blau Rogge also executive produces for for MTV and Julie Ha serves as supervising producer.
